Wayward coverWayward finishes what Wanders started. The world has ended and the sleepwalkers are waking up. Part of me hoped for an idealistic Walden-style post-white mask world, but alas, this is Chuck Wendig, not H. D. Thoreau.

As you might expect, not everyone who survived the end of the world is driven by altruism. Further, White Swan itself is beginning to act more and more like a deranged deity.

If you haven’t yet read Wanderers, then none of the above sentences would have made much sense. If you have read it, they should whet your appetite. Wayward is a wild ride through the post-apocalyptic wasteland of America.
