Have you ever experienced that awkward moment when someone claims to speak for God with an authoritative “Thus says the Lord” only to think, “Are you sure about that?”

I’ve spent the last number of years studying the prophetic experience and I am convinced that the biggest challenge with prophecy in the church today is our lack of intentional discernment.
